Cold plunge and swimming activities
The swimming pier at Pereensaari Sauna is available every day of the year, in accordance with our opening hours. During the summer season, a wide range of water sports equipment is available for use during your visit, including SUP boards, as well as the Avantopool, which allows guests to enjoy the positive effects of winter swimming even on warm summer days.

Terrace
Snacks and refreshments are available in our cozy terrace even even during your time in the sauna. Our variety of drinks range from alcoholic to non-alcoholic beverages.
Pereensaari
In addition to our sauna, in Pereensaari you will find two padel courts available for renting. The municipality of Pirkkala is also developing the area in accordance with the prepared park plan.

• Focus on calm breathing
• Gradually increase your cold exposure
• Wear the right gear (beanie, neoprene gloves and socks, available at the sauna)
• Move to the warm sauna after your swim
